100-150kg/h Fried Cheetos/Kurkure/Corn Curls Making Machine is specifically engineered for crafting these delectable, crunchy snacks. Utilizing a unique extrusion process, the machine moistens corn grits in a flour mixer, which are then fed into a rotary head extruder. Inside the extruder, the corn grits are transformed into curl shapes by the rotary plates, and cutting knives precisely slice them to the desired length. The snacks are then either fried or toasted to perfection before being cooled and seasoned with a variety of flavors.
