Product Description

The Automatic continuous food snack fryer can be widely used to fry kinds of food, like potato chips, shrimp sticks, rice crispy, nuts, puff snacks, etc. It includes frying, conveying, and de-oiling with accurately control. Simultaneous conveying and frying makes continuous production in high efficiency and with less labor. High efficient electrical heating way and optimized structure of frying body can use less oil to realize high oil circulation. Separate frying body and conveyer can be cleaned conveniently. Net belt conveyers make even feeding and discharging. Diesel, gas, and coal can be the alternative heating fuel for this fryer.
 

Feature:
1.Detachable design of frying body and conveying is convenient to clean up the left material. The lifting and falling of frying body is controlled by height switch.
2.High efficient circulating hot oil electrical heating way makes oil temperature heat up quickly with small fluctuation. During frying, dynamic de-oiling system clears away residues in time to keep oil clean and fresh. Adjust the pressure of hot oil circulating pump to enable enough force to hot oil avoiding material piled and over-fried.
3.Hot oil boiler circular beating makes tempearture up fast and small fluctuation of oil temperature.
4.Dynamic oil filter system cleans the waste residue and keeps oil fresh during frying.
5.Optimized boiler structure can reduce the needed oil quantity and make high oil velocity.
6.The boiler body and conveying part can be separated for easy cleaning, vibrating feeding materials, discharging equality.
