1. Raw Material Preparation

• Rice & starch blend: Rice flour, corn starch, or wheat flour is mixed with water, salt, and seasonings to form a uniform dough.

2.Sheeting and cutting machine

 

    .    pressing the dough into small thickness sheet and moulding cutting it into stick shape or flat flake shape

3. Cutting & Drying

• The extruded sticks are precisely cut into uniform lengths (typically 5-10 cm) using a rotary cutter.

4. Seasoning Application

• The seasoned sticks are cooled on a conveyor to stabilize texture before packaging.

6. Packaging

• Automated weighing & filling machines pack the sticks into moisture-proof bags (often with nitrogen flushing to preserve freshness).
